Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s of degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record as a trader, junior trader, or position analyst, in peso-denominated government and corporate debt securities, with a deep understanding of trading strategies, market dynamics, and risk management techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data to make informed trading decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local and global financial markets, economic indicators, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in trading platforms, financial analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and make swift decisions in a fast-paced trading environment.
