Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in liquidity management within the financial services industry, preferably within an investment house, commercial bank, or in a trading environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data to make informed liquidity management decisions.
- Familiarity with Philippine Peso and US dollar financial markets, funding instruments, and banking relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems, financial analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to liquidity management and risk assessment.
